Mr. JOGINDER SINGH NARWAL, the young and enterprising Founder & CEO, was born with a mission — destined to transform lives with vision and compassion. His childhood experiences in rural India exposed him to harsh realities: poverty, illiteracy, lack of healthcare, malnutrition, unemployment and the struggles of vulnerable families.

These experiences shaped a deep determination to create meaningful change. Strongly driven by empathy and responsibility, he dedicated himself to social work. For more than eleven years, he worked with leading micro-finance and community development institutions, gaining real grassroots exposure and understanding of how communities grow and progress.

Over time, he realised that true development is possible only when women — the backbone of rural India — are empowered with skills, dignity and opportunities. This belief inspired him to transition toward a larger mission of service.

With this vision, he laid the foundation of Satguru Ravidass International Mission (SRIM), an organisation dedicated to education, empowerment, healthcare, social welfare and community upliftment, inspired by the message of Satguru Ravidas Ji.
